An entrepreneurial new company called Global Flavour is now working with one of France’s oldest producers of flavourings, Monin, and the world-leaders in liquid dispensing, Worldwide Dispensers, to create a range of new drinks which will make the workplace just that little bit more pleasurable.

Global Flavour can equip water coolers with a system which dispenses high quality syrups into the water, giving drinkers a choice of such refreshing and natural flavours as lemon, strawberry, blackcurrant and green apple.

Key to the dispensing system is Worldwide Dispensers’ HI-Dome Press Tap which is self-closing, non-drip and very easy to use one-handed. The tap has been specially designed to have an optimal flow rate for viscous liquid syrup and has a strong closing action which ‘cuts’ through the viscous solution to close the tap cleanly. These are all important features as they add up to an easy, mess-free dispensing process which maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.

Nowadays all types of institutions, whether offices, schools or factories, provide free cool drinking water since it is now acknowledged that proper hydration is essential to well-being and good performance, whether working or studying. The new Global Flavour system will encourage higher consumption and help water cooler manufacturers (and their distributors) to extend sales in a mature market.
