MTM stacking boxes from Kaysersberg Plastics are helping users make significant savings in transport and storage costs.

Manufactured from Correx® and Akylux® 'corrugated' plastic in a wide range of colours and thickness grades, these durable, re-useable, small load containers are 'made to measure', making them exceptionally volume efficient. They combine strength with light weight and offer outstanding economical long term protection for a wide variety of parts and components.

Although custom designed, the majority of MTM boxes are manufactured to comply with industry standard footprint ratios so that they can be palletised and stored economically and effectively. They are ideally suited for the storage and transit of parts that don't fit ideally into standard injection moulded totes.

Being all-plastic, MTM boxes are moisture resistant, hygienic and easily cleaned, They are also environmentally friendly, designed to be used again and again to reduce packaging waste but at the end of their long useful life they are fully recyclable.

Because they are 'custom solutions' MTMs can incorporate a host of special features such as label holders, reinforced handles, lids, flaps, internal fittings and even aluminium rails for extra rim strength… everything you could want from a small load container without having to buy a million!
